I just got off the phone with tech support and they told me their website www.nationwide.net is down and anyone with an email account cannot send or receive emails. They are working on it and hope to have it up soon, but when I said "Good luck", the guy said, "Thanks, we are going to need it". He said to call this number for automated updates in the future: 888 628-4669 Option #6.
